Measure the length of your foot by standing against a wall and measuring from the heel to the toe.
If you want a low cut sneaker, we suggest you size up one full size as they fit a bit snug with less room than mid cuts in toe box and fit best with thin socks or barefoot.
If you want a mid cut sneaker, we suggest you don't size up as there is more room in the toe box and they can be worn with thick socks.
