The Return & Exchange Process


If you need to return a pair of shoes you purchased from us, please follow the instructions below.

Failure to follow these instructions will result in your returned merchandise not being accepted and you will be required to pay shipping charges to receive the shoes back.

 

Shipping the shoes back to our warehouse is at the expense of the customer, as we do not issue return shipping labels or pickup returns.

 

Refunds

You can return pairs purchased for a refund, but only the cost of the shoes will be refunded, not the shipping charge.

Exchanges

You can return pairs purchased to exchange for a different size of equal or lesser value, the difference in cost will not be refunded though. Subject to availability of size, please Contact Us before sending your exchange pair(s) back.

Return Conditions

 

You are returning the shoes within 30 days of purchase

 

The shoes do not show any visible signs of wear

 

The shoes have the original hang tags and packaging they came in

 

You have downloaded and filled out the Commercial Invoice & Packing Slip

 

You have printed and filled out the Commerical invoice & Packing Slip and included it with your shipment on the outside of the box in a plastic sleeve

Upon receiving your package containing your return items, we will inspect them to ensure all return conditions are met.  If the conditions are met, we will issue a refund on the credit card used to place the order after a period of 7 business days from the receipt of the package.

We will not accept any returns that do not have our commercial invoice and packing slip. This rule is in place because we require that you follow the template to avoid mislabeling the goods as sale items instead of Canadian goods returning to origin, which leads to customs fees and unnecessary charges (no exeptions)
